KING'S WRESTLERS PLACE TWO RUNNER-UPS, TWO FOURTHS AT MESSIAH TOURNAMENT
GRANTHAM -- The King's College wrestling team opened up the season at the Messiah Invitational and had two grapplers place second and two more finish fourth.
At 125, freshman Rich Dorsey was second, falling 6-1 to Bryce Steve of Messiah in the finals.
In the 141-pound class, sophomore Anthony Miele was also second, losing by fall to Nick Garber of Waynesburg in 1:05.
At 149, sophomore
Frankie Davis finished fourth, losing by fall in 1:34 to Craig Gin of Messiah in the consolation final match.
In the 184-pound class, junior
Zach Martinez was fourth, dropping a 6-4 decision to Nate Muren of Ursinus in the consolation finals.
David Morgan, King's returning 2--6 Division III national champion did not compete in the event.
