Huntingdon, PA-- The King's College women's soccer team scored first but couldn't hold a late Juniata charge as the Lady Monarchs fell 2-1 on Saturday.
Brianne Schmidt found the back of the net for the fourth goal of the season and in her fourth straight game.

Lauren Duguid made seven saves and faced 12 shots and fell to 1-3 in net on the season.
King's held a 1-0 halftime lead but Taylor Whetsel tied it just five minutes into the second half. Alicia Snyder scored the game winner with 2:24 to play in the game.
The Lady Monarchs look to bounce back on Monday when they host Washington College at McCarthy Stadium at 7:00 pm.
