DOYLESTOWN – Mary Taylor scored the winning goal with just 0:43 left in the second overtime as the host Delaware Valley College women's soccer team posted a 4-3 victory over visiting King's College Saturday in Doylestown.
With the loss, King's slipped to 6-5-1 overall and 1-1 in the Freedom Conference. Delaware Valley, meanwhile, improved to 4-9-1 and 1-1.
King's fell behind 3-0 at the half but used a furious second-half rally to send the game to overtime. The Lady Monarchs got on board on an own goal when a shot off the crossbar bounced off an Aggie player and into the net at the 79:34 mark. Two minutes later
Alexandra Garrett struck net off an assist by

After a scoreless first extra-session and nine minutes of the second overtime, the teams appeared headed to a tie. But Taylor took a crossing pass from Sam Ricks to score the winning goal.
