WILKES-BARRE — The King's College and Lycoming College men's soccer squads will face a rematch of their 2013 NCAA Division III National Tournament opener Tuesday night when the Monarchs play host to the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. at McCarthy Stadium.

The Monarchs, who have a 7-3 record so far this season, will have two big games this week as they will be in action on Tuesday when they will host the defending Commonwealth Conference Champions Lycoming College at 7:00 p.m. in a rematch of last season's NCAA Tournament first round game won by Lycoming 1-0 at McCarthy Stadium.

Lycoming is off to its best start in school history with an 8-0-2 record and comes off a 2-1 upset of 15th ranked Rochester

Saturday King's will then open Freedom Conference play with a road matchup with local rival Misericordia University at 7:30 p.m. In a rematch of the 2013 Freedom Conference semi-finals, a game King's won on penalty kicks in overtime en route to winning the conference title.
