PURCHASE, NY -- Senior midfielder Amy Barge scored the game-winning goal with 16:54 remaining as the King's College women's soccer team picked up an important 2-1 Freedom Conference victory over Manhattanville College Saturday in Purchase, NY.

After falling behind 1-0 after 15 minutes, King's tied the score at the 18:59 mark when Allie Balotin struck net following a corner kick as the teams enter the half-time break tied at 1-1.

The score remained the same until Manhattanville was whistled for a foul and King was awarded an indirect kick from the top of the box. Barge drilled a shot low and just inside the left post for what proved to be the game-winning goal at the 73:06 mark.
