KING'S MEN'S SOCCER FALL TO EASTERN 1-0

ST. DAVIDS, PA --- Cade Harmon scored the lone goal of the game to lead the Eastern University men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over King's College on a windy day at Olson Field in St. Davids.

The Eagles improve to 12-3-1 overall and 4-2 in conference play while the Monarchs fall to 8-8 overall and 3-3 in conference.

Harmon's goal came in the 37th minute off a cross to the left side from Chad Mentzer. The Monarchs had chances to score in the second half but were unable to find the back of the net.

Philip Kistner, Jonathan Nixon, and Fabio Massa each had two shots for King's while Ryan Romeo recorded one. Owen Geedey made one save in goal.

The Monarchs outshot the Eagles 7-6 and held a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.   

King's will be back in action on Wednesday with their last non-conference game of the year at Elmira College at 3:00 p.m.
