KING'S WOMEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO ABLRIGHT, 2-0
WILKES-BARRE -- The visiting Albright College women's soccer team scored once in each half en route to a 2-0 victory over host King's College Saturday night at McCarthy Stadium.
With the win Albright improved to 4-3 while King's slipped to 2-3.
Albright took a 1-0 lead with 15:38 to play in the first half when Kennedy Lutz scored off a cross from Brittany Lutz,
The Lions added the final goal of the game with 34:31 remaining in the contest when Chrissy Terraces scored off a shot just inside the right post.
Albright held a 8-2 advantage in shots while King's owned a 3-2 lead in  corner kicks.  Monarch goalie Jess Schenfeld made two saves in net.
King's will host Lycoming College Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. in McCarthy Stadium.
