FARMINGDALE, NY (October 10, 2025) – The King's College women's volleyball team battled hard on the road Friday night but came up short in a straight-set loss to Farmingdale State inside George E. Nold Hall.
The Rams took control early, winning the opening set 25–14 behind consistent hitting and tough serving. King's showed flashes in the second, with Morgan Williams anchoring the defense and Theresa Lynch and Bella Salvia providing timely swings, but Farmingdale extended its lead with a 25–12 win. In the third, the Monarchs fought to stay alive, rallying behind kills from Emma Bolich and Salvia, yet the Rams closed out the match 25–18.
Lynch led the King's attack with seven kills, Salvia added six, and Bolich chipped in five. Ariela Towsey tallied 22 assists, while Williams led the back row with 13 digs.
The Monarchs (11–6, 1–2 MAC Freedom) return home on Tuesday, October 14, for a 7:00 p.m. conference matchup against Lebanon Valley inside McGrane Gymnasium.
