ANNVILLE, PA (April 5, 2025) - The King's College women's lacrosse team was topped 20-4 by the Flying Dutchmen of Lebanon Valley College at Arnold Field on Saturday. With the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom loss, the Monarchs move to 4-6 overall, 0-2 in in conference play with the Dutchmen improving to 8-4, 2-0.
Emily Kane notched a career-high two goals on the afternoon.
The Flying Dutchmen found momentum early, taking a 4-0 lead in the first five minutes of play. Sophomore defender Kane scored her first goal of the day at 9:11 with an assist from
Alli Lindsay to make it 4-1. Lebanon Valley scored three more goals to go into the second quarter with a 7-1 lead.
In the second quarter, the Flying Dutchmen added a goal before another connection between Lindsay and Kane made it 8-2 at 12:24. Three unanswered goals were scored through the remainder of the quarter to make it 11-2 at the half.
Lebanon Valley added four more goals in the third quarter, giving them the 15-2 lead with only a quarter left to play. In the fourth,
Alli Lindsay scored an unassisted goal at 12:27, and

Chloe Burke for a goal at 2:56, but the effort was not enough to stop the Flying Dutchmen as they scored five more goals in the final quarter of play to make snag the 20-4 win.
Kane concluded the afternoon with two goals for two points with two shots and one ground ball as Lindsay tallied one goal and two assists for three points, one shot, three ground balls and six draw control wins. In goal,
Alyssa Reeber recorded 12 saves in 45 minutes before
Ani Quindipan subbed in and tallied two saves.
The Monarchs next host the Ducks of Stevens Institute of Technology at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9
th at McCarthy Stadium.
