WILKES-BARRE, PA (June 16, 2025) -- The schedule releases for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester continue to roll out as the King's College women's volleyball team and veteran Head Coach Bernie Kachinko announced their slate on Monday afternoon. The Monarchs are set for their 30-match campaign this year with 13 scheduled for their home court in McGrane Gymnasium.

King's opens the season at home on Friday, August 29 as they host Penn State Schuylkill and Keystone in a non-conference tri-match at 3:00 p.m. in McGrane Gymnasium. After a quick road trip up to Marywood on September 3, the Monarchs return home for a three-match stretch, including a tri-match with Ramapo and St. Joseph's Brooklyn on September 6 and SUNY-Delhi on September 9. The squad will then travel for their first road weekend at Saint Elizabeth on September 13 as they play the hosts and The City College of New York followed by a non-conference match at Muhlenberg on September 17.

The final stretch of September includes a non-conference tri-match on September 20 against Keystone and Immaculata, their Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) opener at home against Delaware Valley on September 26, a home match against Penn College as part of Homecoming Weekend on September 26, and a road MAC Freedom test at DeSales on September 30.

October opens at home against Widener and Susquehanna on October 4 before a four-match road stretch for the Monarchs. They begin at Misericordia on October 8 before traveling to Farmingdale State on October 10 and wrapping up their weekend trip in a non-conference tri-match with Manhattanville and the host St. Joseph's Brooklyn on October 11. Remaining non-conference road trips include tri-matches at Penn State Hazleton with the hosts and Penn State Mont Alto on October 18, at Neumann with Gwynedd Mercy on October 25, and at Vassar with RIT on November 1.

The remaining MAC Freedom slate includes home matches with Lebanon Valey on October 14 and FDU-Florham on October 28 while King's will take trips to Stevens on October 22 and Arcadia on November 5.

The 2025 MAC Freedom Tournament is set for the semifinal match up on November 12 with the 2025 MAC Freedom Champion crowned on Saturday, November 15  with an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Championships on the line.
