WILKES-BARRE, PA (September 4, 2025) -- The 29th annual Mayor's Cup football game between King's College and Wilkes University has been postponed to Saturday, September 6th at 12:00 p.m. at Schmidt Stadium in Edwardsville, Pa.

The game was halted after the conclusion of the first quarter due to lightning with the Monarchs ahead, 3-0, as Aaron Losada connected for a 29-yard field goal to get King's on the board.
