2023: Appeared in all 16 games while making 14 starts, as a junior attack/midfielder for the Monarchs...Recorded eight points on seven goals and one assist off 23 shots, while picking up 12 ground balls, causing seven turnovers, and controlling six draws...Tallied a career-high three goals, with five ground balls, two caused turnovers, and three draw controls in a win over Keystone (3/4/23)...King's finished 3-13 overall and 2-6 in MAC Freedom play.

2022: Appeared in 14 out of a possible 15 games, making 10 starts, as a sophomore attack/midfielder for the Monarchs...Recorded three points on a goal and two assists off eight shots, while picking up seven ground balls and causing two turnovers...Netted a goal in a win over Wilson (3/26/22)...Assisted on goals in a loss to College of Mount Saint Vincent (3/15/22) and a loss to Lycoming (4/6/22)...Picked up a season-high two ground balls in a win over Delaware Valley (4/23/22)...King's finished 3-12 overall and 2-6 in MAC Freedom play.

2021: Joined the program in the spring of 2021, playing in 11 games with three starts in her first year...scored one goal and took four shots, all making their way on goal...added five ground balls and one caused turnover...first career goal came at Arcadia University April 7, as she also added a ground ball against the Knights...picked up a ground ball in a 12-11 win over DeSales April 10...in a 22-7 win over Wilkes, chalked up one ground ball and one caused turnover...King's women's lacrosse finished the season 4-7 overall, winning its first MAC Tournament game in program history and going 3-4 in MAC play in 2021.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Played both lacrosse and field hockey for the Whippets of Downingtown West High School. 

PERSONAL: Parents Brandon and Kelly Benner...siblings Amelia and Adeline...psychology major...chose King's over Goucher, Cabrini and Lynn "because I wanted smaller class sizes and the chance to establish close relationships with other students and my professors. King's College also allows me to play field hockey and lacrosse while prioritizing my academics."
