2020: Joined the King's men's lacrosse program as a senior and immediately became an impact player for the Monarchs...started four of the five games in 2020 on defense...tied for the team lead with 11 caused turnovers while adding 11 ground balls as well...fired two shots...finished seventh in the MAC Freedom in caused turnovers per game with 2.20...in his first collegiate game, picked up two ground balls while causing one turnover...against Immaculata, chalked up four ground balls and three caused turnovers...in a win over Western Connecticut State, Axtman totaled four ground balls and three caused turnovers...had at least one caused turnover in all five games...King's finished the 2020 season 5-0 before the season was canceled on March 16, 2020 due to COVID-19 outbreak. 

PRIOR TO KING'S: Two-sport student-athlete for the Rams of Central Dauphin High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania ... graduated from CDHS in 2016 ... played three years of varsity lacrosse as a long stick midfielder and a defender ... named a captain of the soccer and lacrosse teams as a senior ... earned All-State honors in soccer and was named an Academic All-American in lacrosse as a senior ... played two years of varsity soccer as a forward and defender ... member of Rams team that won the Mid-Penn Conference Soccer Championship in 2016 ... also played club soccer for the CAPA Titans and PA East 98' ODP. 

PERSONAL: Son of Sarah and Greg Axtman ... has two younger brothers, John and Eric ... a business management, international business, and finance major with a minor in economics ... favorite King's athletic memory is "simply having the privilege to meet and play with all the guys" ... chose King's because of "the AACSB accredited business school, the great men's soccer coaches, and all my teammates."
