2022: Was a versatile hitter and solid leader for the Monarchs as the senior outside hitter was one of four Monarchs to appear and start in all 26 matches...Totaled 110 kills on 274 attempts, hitting .201, with 27 blocks, 32 digs, five aces, and four assists for 130.0 points...Recorded a season-high 10 kills in a win over Drew (1/23/22)...Tallied a season-best six digs with three blocks in a win over SUNY Potsdam (2/6/22)...Posted a season-high four blocks in a win over Eastern (3/19/22)...Named to the 2022 All-MAC Spring Sportsmanship Team...King's finished 15-11 overall and 4-9 in MAC play.

2020: Appeared and started in all 23 matches, totaling 77 sets, as a sophomore outside hitter and middle hitter for the Monarchs offense...Ranked third for the offense with 175 kills and second with 37.0 blocks, hitting .314 for the season...Recorded a season-high 19 kills for 20 points in the Monarchs lone conference win over Wilkes (03/11/20)...Posted double-digit kill totals four other times...Totaled five digs and eight kills in a win over Lesley (03/03/20)...Tallied a season-high five total blocks with 10 kills in a loss to CCNY (02/16/20)...Went a perfect eight-for-eight, hitting 1.000 in a win over CMSV  (02/20/20)...Named to the MAC Spring Academic Honor Roll...King's finished 17-6 overall and 1-4 in conference play...Team earned USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Was a five sport athlete for the Royals of Holy Redeemer High School...Named captain as a senior in football and volleyball...Earned the Unsung Trojan award as a sophomore and the Leadership Award as a senior in football and Most Improved as a senior in volleyball...Named to the Coaches Poll Second Team All-Conference and Citizen's Voice First Team All-Conference for volleyball...Helped lead the Royals volleyball team to a Wyoming Valley Conference Championship, District II Championship, and PIAA State Quarterfinal appearance in his senior campaign.

PERSONAL: Son of Ralph and Danielle Piontkowski...Has two brothers, Seth and Jared, who is also a member of the King's men's volleyball program...A business administration management major...Holds a position as an intern in the admissions office on campus...Chose King's College over Wilkes University, Misericordia University, and Elmira College because "King's College offered a small, family like campus where I felt at home, a place where I could excel in the classroom and expand my academic knowledge in order to succeed in my future profession."
