KING'S COLLEGE FIELD HOCKEY HOSING MONTCLAIR
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College field hockey team will host Montclair State University in a non-conference pairing Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at McCarthy Stadium in the Robert L. Betzler Athletic Complex.

The Monarchs enter the game with a 8-4 overall following a 2-1 Freedom Conference victory over Delaware Valley yesterday. Sophomore
Jenera Quinones, who was named as the Freedom Conference player of the week of October 5th, leads the team with 23 points on 10 goals and three assists. Junior
Danielle Terracciano follows with nine points on four goals and one assist.

Heather Kozimor contributes with eight points on three goals and two assists while junior
Candice Russ also adds eight points on four goals. Junior

Erin McGinley has recorded 663:42 minutes in net thus far for the Monarchs tallying 39 saves for a 2.17 goals against average.
Montclair enters the matchup with a fine 7-4 mark following a 3-2 overtime win over SUNY New Paltz on Wednesday. The Red Hawks are led by Deana Hagel who has 20 points on eight goals and four assists. Melissa Buttray follows with 10 points on four goals and two assists while Jessica Murphy tallies nine points on four goals and one assist. In goal, Megan Bosland has been solid with a scant 0.76 goals against average, including 23 saves, in 646:02 minutes of play.
King's will then be idle until Thursday when the Lady Monarchs travel to face Neumann College at 4:00 p.m. in a make-up of a game postponed from the early season due to poor field conditions following heavy rains,
