LADY MONARCH TENNIS DOWNED BY SUSQUEHANNA, 8-1
WILKES-BARRE -- The visiting Susquehanna women's tennis team won two of three doubles contests, then swept all six singles bouts as the Crusaders posted an 8-1 victory over host King's College Saturday at Kirby Park.
With the loss, King's fell to 1-3 while Susquehanna improved to 5-0.
In doubles, Lauren Breen and Jen Bader teamed up to register an 8-3 victory to earn the Lady Monarchs' only victory of the day.
King's will next compete in the MAC Individual Championships Saturday and Sunday at Kirby Park.
