KING'S WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES 6TH AT EAST STROUDSBURG INVITATIONAL
WILKES-BARRE – The King's College women's cross country team finished 6th at the Nevins Invitational held on the campus of East Stroudsburg University Saturday afternoon. The women were sixth of seven teams in the event with a total of 79 participants.
Molly Brown led the Lady Monarch runners with a 15th place finish at 20:31.8. Jill O'Malley followed at 21:16.3, good for 23rd place. Kirstie Nicol finished 44th at 22:28.8, while Hannah Bestwick (55th/24:13.7) and Hannah Eckles (71st/26:33.4) rounded out King's runners.
King's will return to action Saturday when they compete at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships held on the campus of Delaware Valley College.
