CARLISLE, PA (November 15, 2025) –
Sarah Hartzell led the charge for the King's College women's cross country team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, hosted by Dickinson University at Big Spring High School. The Monarchs competed against a field of 208 runners, with the sophomore Hartzell finishing 147th overall in a personal record time of 26:48.08.
Evelyn Sahd was next to cross in 27:21.43, followed by graduate student Katherine Smith in 27:51.62. Junior
Mara Ryan finished in 28:10.91, and first-year Grace Clark-Visneski recorded a personal best time of 29:46.16.
Johns Hopkins won the team title with 41 points, while Carnegie Melon's Chloe Bonson won the individual title at 21:24.42.
