KING'S LAUREN BREEN NAMED TO ALL-FREEDOM WOMEN'S TENNIS TEAM
ANNVILLE -- Lauren Breen, a junior on the King's College women's tennis team, has been named to the 2010 All-Freedom Conference squad as a second-team selection, the Middle Atlantic Conferences Office announced Friday.
Breen played number-four singles and number-two doubles for the Lady Monarchs during the season where she helped lead the Lady Monarchs to the semi-finals of the Freedom Conference Team Tournament. Breen capped a fine season by posting a 12-7 singles mark while also going 10-6 in doubles.
She also finished second in the MAC Individual Championships in the number-four flight.
