KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS POSTS 8-1 WIN OVER KEYSTONE
 
WILKES-BARRE --  The King's College women's tennis team evened its mark at 1-1 as the Lady Monarchs posted a 8-1 victory over visiting Keystone College Tuesday at Kirby Park.

King's won ywo of the three doubles contests, then swept all six singles contests to secure the victory.  Lauren Breen, Rachel Hoffnagle, Maria Cometa, Diana Darby, and Jen Bader were also singles winners for King's. Nicole Buckman and Chelsea Osenkarski also teams to post a win in doubles. Emily Biffen was a two-time winner for King's, picking up a forfeit victory at number-six singles, while also teaming with Liz Demko to gain a forfeit win at number-three doubles.

King's returns to the court Saturday with a 1:00 p.m. contest at Lycoming College.
