KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS DROPS 9-0 DECISION AGAINST WILKES
WILKES-BARRE -- Visiting Wilkes University completed a sweep of the King's College women's tennis team 9-0 Saturday afternoon from Kirby Park.
With the loss King's drops to 2-10 overall and 0-2 in the MAC. Wilkes improves to 6-1 on the year and 1-0 in league play.
The Lady Colonels took all three doubles flights before posting six straight wins in singles play. King's Rachel Hoffnagle was the Lady Monarchs best performer dropping her number three singles match 6-3, 6-2 to Wilkes' Victoria Bybel.
King's will host Alvernia University tomorrow (Sunday) at Kirby Park at 1:00 p.m.
