Women's Tennis Improves to 2-0 in Freedom with Victory Over Eastern

KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS IMPROVES TO 2-0 IN FREEDOM CONFERENCE WITH 6-2 WIN OVER EASTERN
ST. DAVIDS -- The King's College women's tennis team improved to 2-0 in the Freedom Conference as the Lady Monarchs went on the road for a 6-3 victory over Eastern University Thursday in St. Davids.

King's, which improved to 6-9 overall on the season, rallied from a 2-1 deficit after doubles to win five of the
six singles contests to secure the victory.

Emily Biffen
and Liz Demko were both winners in doubles and singles for the Lady Monarchs, tallying King's lone win in doubles. In singles play, Sara Lynn, Diana Darby, and Katlyn Rossowski joined Biffen and Demko as victors.

King's returns to action April 14 with a matchup at defending Freedom Conference champion Wilkes.
