King's Basketball Teams Travel to Manhattanville; Game Times Moved Due to Weather Concerns
PURCHASE, N.Y. – The King's College men's and women's basketball teams make the trip to Purchase, N.Y. to take on Manhattanville in Freedom Conference play. After the overnight snow throughout the region, college officials have elected to push back the game times to allow for additional road clearing.
The women's game will now tip-off at 5:00 p.m. with the men's game to start at 7:00 p.m. due to the impending snow storm.

The Lady Monarchs come into the game with a 17-5 overall record and a 9-2 mark in the Freedom Conference after scoring a 61-54 victory over Delaware Valley on Wednesday. Manhattanville fell to 10-11 overall and 3-8 in league play following a 72-64 loss to DeSales.
King's is led by the senior guard tandem of
Katlin Michaels and
Celia Rader. Michaels tallies 15.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 3.5 steals per game. She is also just 36 points shy of reaching the 1,000-point plateau. Rader adds 13.7 points per game and her 62 three-pointers is the sixth best mark in King's history.
Lindsay Atchison has had a solid senior season for the Lady Monarchs chipping in 10.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Freshman
Jennifer Fabian has posted back-to-back double-doubles and is now averaging 6.7 points and 6.8 rebounds.
The Valiant offense is paced by Taylor Wilson and her 18.9 points and 7.2 boards per contest. Alyson Caiazzo is posting a season-double with 14.8 points and 14.9 rebounds per game. Bri Pabon adds 11.6 points.
The King's men bring a 9-13 overall record and 4-7 mark in Freedom Conference play after falling 73-52 to Delaware Valley. The Valiants are also 9-13, but 3-8 in league play following an 84-60 loss to DeSales.
Junior
Kyle Hammonds leads the King's offense with 12.5 points per game while also grabbing 3.5 boards.
Matt Fiorino tallies 10.9 points per game. Fiorino has hit 57 three-pointers on the season and currently ranks second on King's all-time list with 199 career 3-pointers.
Keyton Winder adds 8.0 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
The Monarchs have gotten help off the bench from
Tim O'Shea with 7.9 points and 4.2 boards per contest.
Ian Oakley leads King's with 3.4 assists per game to go with 4.7 points and 5.8 rebounds.
Manhattanville is led by Jack Bramswig with 15.8 points and 11.4 boards per game. Anthony Maestre notches 15.1 points while shooting .402 (43-of-107) from beyond the arc. Colin Campbell is the third Valiant in double figures with 11.3 points per outing.
King's teams will then return home Tuesday night with a 6 & 8 p.m. doubleheader against Misericordia before closing out the regular-season at home Saturday with a twin bill with cross-town rival Wilkes.
