KING'S WOMEN FALL IN SPRING BREAK OPENERWILKES-BARRE -- The King's College women's tennis team dropped its first two matches on its Spring Break trip tp Florida. Playing with just five players, the Lady Monarchs fell to Judson University 8-1 in their first match of the day, then dropped a 5-4 verdict to St. Vincent's College of Pennsylvania.
Middle Atlantic Conference champion
Madeline Griffin won both her singles matches and was the lone victor against Judson. In the match against St. Vincent's,

Vanessa Wagner, and
Miranda Warunek joined Griffin as singles winners but a forfeit in singles and doubles were too much for the Lady Monarchs to overcome.
