KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS DROPS 7-2 DECISION TO SCRANTONWILKES-BARRE, PA --- The King's College women's tennis team fell to University of Scranton by a score of 7-2 on Saturday at Kirby Park.
Scranton improves to 10-3 with the win while King's falls to 6-9.
Madeline Griffin and
Vanessa Wagner were the lone winners for the Monarchs. Griffin improved to 20-1 this year with a 6-0, 7-5 victory at first singles. Wagner was a 6-3, 5-7, 10-8 winner at fourth singles.
The Monarchs will next be in action on Thursday when they host Division II East Stroudsburg University at 3:00 p.m.
