LADY MONARCH TENNIS EARNS 6-3 VICTORY OVER LYCOMING

WILLIAMSPORT --  The King's College women's tennis team jumped out to a 2-1 lead after doubles, then came through in singles by winning four of six matches to register a 6-3 victory over host Lycoming College Saturday in Williamsport.  With the win, King's improved to 2-0 on the year.

Julia Keppel, Lauren DeReinzi, Hannah Jenkins, and Maggie Walsh were all winners in both singles and doubles.

Keppel and Jenkins teamed too tally a 8-5 win at number-one singles before DeReinzi and Walsh were 8-1 winners in the number-two slot. King's, which could only bring five players to the meet, were forced to forfeit third doubles and sixth singles.
