KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS FALLS TO MARYWOOD
WILKES-BARRE -- The Marywood University women's tennis team won all three doubles contest, then captured five-of-singles matchups as the Pacers posted a 8-1 victory over host King's College Sunday at Kirby Park.
With the win Marywood improved to 8-2 while King's slipped to 1-2.
Alyssa Santarelli was the lone winner for King's, rallying from a set down to earn a hard-fought 3-6, 6-4, 10-5 decision in the number-four flight.
King's will travel to face Keystone College tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in LaPlume.
