King's Women's Tennis Dealt 8-1 Setback at Misericordia

KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS FALLS AT MISERICORDIA

DALLAS -- The host Misericordia University women's tennis team won all three doubles contests to start the match, then captured five of the six singles bouts to register a 8-1 victory over visiting King's College Wednesday in Dallas.

With the win Misericordia improved to 8-1 overall and 1-0 in league play while King's fell to 2-9 and 0-2.

King's lone victory came at number-three singles when Emily Kabalka posted a straight set victory.

The Lady Monarchs return to the court Saturday with a 12:30 PM matchup against Eastern University in St. Davids.
