KING'S WOMEN'S TENNIS DROPS 8-1 DECISION TO EASTERN
ST. DAVIDS -- The host Eastern University women's tennis team won all three doubles contests to start the match, then captured five-of-six singles contests to post a 8-1 victory over King's College in a Freedom Conference matchup Saturday in St. Davids.
With the win Eastern improved to 5-3 and 2-1 in league matches while King's fell to 2-10 and 0-3.
Emily Kabalka picked up King's lone victory with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 decision at number-three singles.Â
King's returns to the court April 19 against Wilkes University at Kirby Park.
