WILKES-BARRE, PA (March 17, 2019) – King's College continues on the road to play Cedar Crest College in a doubleheader tomorrow, Monday, March 18, in Allentown, Pa. The first game begins at 3:00 p.m. as the Monarchs look for their first win since the Fastpitch Dreams Spring Classic.

Last Time Out: The Monarchs finished their first conference doubleheader of the season 0-2 against the DeSales University Bulldogs. 
Kristina Kocher pitched a complete game ending in a 6-5 score and 
Nicole Kirse took the 2-1 loss for game two. Freshman 
Lindsey Leppo was the batting leader in game one going four for three in her at bats and recording one RBI as well as a run herself. Another freshman, 
Kristi Ann Skok was game two's leader clinching the only run for King's.
 
The Book on The Monarchs (3-6, 0-2 MAC Freedom):
	- King's sits at eighth in the MAC Freedom overall standings.
 
	- The team is second in the conference for batting average with a .325 and is fourth in fielding percentage at .970, placing them at No. 42 nationally for fielding and No. 70 nationally for batting. 
 
	- Leppo continues to top the team for batting average (.520) and slugging percentage (.640) also putting her first for hits with 13 total.
 
	- Leppo has the highest on-base percentage for the team coming in at .538. 
 
	- Junior Mackenzie Yori is still listed as "Toughest to Strikeout" by NCAA DIII statistics making her ranked No. 1 nationally and in the conference for the second week. 
 
	- Yori also leads the team in assists at 17 for the season, runs scored with six and stolen bases with three.
 
	- The Monarchs have only recorded six errors in fielding so far in the season and not one in their past two games.
 
	- Junior Andria Narisi recorded 48 putouts on 49 chances to lead the team while Gabby Leary is at 27 putouts for 32 chances at second.
 
The Book on The Falcons (2-5, 0-0 Colonial States Athletic Conference):
	- Cedar Crest is fourth in the CSAC standings behind Notre Dame, Keystone and Centenary.
 
	- The Falcons are fourth in their conference for both batting (.291) and fielding (.933) percentage. 
 
	- Stephanie Herpel has the highest batting average for the Falcons at .429 and also leads the team in total bases with 11. 
 
	- Aimee Sarboukh has a .526 slugging percentage and five RBIs along with three doubles recorded so far on the season. 
 
	- With seven runs scored off eight hits, Sklyer Bilous leads the team in runs scored and Delaney VanBuskirk leads in runs batted in with six total.
 
	- Bilous is also the Falcons number one pitcher collecting both victories for the team. She has allowed six runs and four walks in 17.2 innings for a 2.38 ERA. Bilous has struck out seven batters.
 
	- Patricia Dalton ranks first for putouts at 47 on 48 chances and Nicole Santaniello tops for assists at 18.
