LOCK HAVEN, PA (November 16, 2024) -- All five runners for the King's College women's cross country team ran personal-best times as they wrapped up their 2024 season in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Meet hosted by Lock Haven University. The Monarchs finished 28th out of the scoring teams in the meet.

On the 6,000-meter course,
Cecilia Chipriano led the team as she crossed in a of 24:30.0, while
Lindsey Eyer was next to finish in 26:49.8.
Mara Ryan posted a time of 28:58.2, and
Shelby Shepanski recorded a time of 29:09.9.
Sarah Hartzell rounded out the team's efforts with a time of 33:14.4.

Johns Hopkins won the team title with 34 points, while Washington & Jefferson's Claire Anderson won the individual title in 21:04.9.
