EDWARDSVILLE, PA (October 19, 2025) -- The King's College women's tennis team wrapped up their 2025 fall season at the Wilkes Doubles Invitational, Sunday at Kirby Park. The event featured a competitive field of programs from across the region, providing the Monarchs with a final opportunity to test their doubles pairings and gain valuable match experience ahead of the spring season.
Kimberly Dinh and
Carlee Dellose got off to an eventful start to the day, competing in three matches within Pod 1. The duo opened with a 6-0 loss to the pairing from Moravian, before falling to Scranton and Wilkes teams by the same score.
At Pod 5,
Madeline Sirianni and
Miley Caetano opened the morning's festivities against Moravian, dropping the match by a score of 6-0. The pairing continued to battle in contests against two Scranton duos, falling 6-0 in both.
In the afternoon portion of the day's events, the Dinh/Dellose tandem put together several competitive rallies against Wilkes, taking two games before dropping the match, 6-2.
Checking back in on Sirianni and Caetano, the pairing battled hard to steal a game from an FDU-Florham grouping before ultimately falling, 6-1.
King's women's tennis returns to the court in March to open their spring slate.
