Murray, Hailey Earn All-Region Honors for Football

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (December 11, 2025) – As award season continues, D3football.com recently announced the 2025 All-Region teams. This season, King' College football placed two players on the All-Region roster, including Third Team defensive end Xander Murray and Third Team wide receiver Jayon Hailey.

This year marks the fourth in a row for King's football with multiple Monarch student-athletes placed on the D3football.com All-Region Teams while Murray and Hailey are the 17th and 18th players in program history to receive recognition. King's football made up two of the 18 honorees from the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC).

Murray collects his first All-Region nod coming off the heels of First Team All-MAC honors in the 2025 season. The junior defensive end recorded 50 total tackles and ranked second in the MAC in both tackles for loss (10 for 50 yards) and sacks (7). The Waretown, NJ native was tied for a team-leading nine QB hurries while adding three pass breakups, a fumble recovery and an interception which he returned 15 yards.

Hailey earns his first selection to the All-Region Third Team after a First Team All-MAC season in which he led the team and finished second in the conference in receiving yards (677) and receiving touchdowns (8). He also added four rushing scores to close the year with 12 total touchdowns, tying for second in the MAC. The senior wraps up his career ranked fourth in program history in total touchdowns (29), eighth in receiving yards (1,381), and tenth in receptions (103). The Yeadon, PA, native adds this honor to a growing list of accolades, earning First Team All-MAC (2025), Second Team All-MAC (2024), and Honorable Mention (2023) throughout his career.

Curry's Montie Quinn was named Offensive Player of the Year, while Eastern's Jason Bateman earned Defensive Player of the Year honors. Eastern head coach Billy Crocker was selected as Coach of the Year.

The teams, selected in balloting by Region 1 sports information directors and D3football.com staff, were chosen from 163 nominations by full Division III member schools. A total of 77 players were chosen. Players nominated for All-Region are eligible to be considered for D3football.com All-America honors, which will be announced Monday, Dec. 22, 2025.
