WILKES-BARRE, PA (June 25 ,2025) -- The King's College men's track and field trio wrapped up the 2024-25 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Teams release as seniors
Owen Foytack,
Travis Lane, and
Andrew Novrocki earned Men's Track & Field Academic All-District® recognition.
Foytack earns his third CSC Academic All-District® nod for his career. The senior earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the outdoor 1,500 meters in 3:48.63 while also bringing home the gold medal in the event at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. He also finished in the top-50 regionally in the indoor mile, indoor and outdoor 800 meter run, indoor 3,000 meter run, and was a member of the distance medley relay that placed 11th in the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, Foytack placed 40th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships to add to his resume. A physician assistant major, Foytack finished the 2024-25 academic year with a 3.67 cumulative GPA.
Lane collects his third CSC Academic All-District® recognition in his time at King's as he placed seventh in the Mid-Atlantic region in the outdoor decathlon with 5,854 points. He also placed in the top-50 in the region in the indoor and outdoor pole vault, indoor heptathlon, outdoor javelin throw, and outdoor high jump. The environmental science major posted a 3.79 cumulative GPA at the end of the Spring 2025 semester.
Novrocki caps off his career with his third CSC Academic All-District® honor. The senior ranked seventh in the outdoor 400 meter dash in the Mid-Atlantic region along with top-50 finishes in the indoor 400 meter dash, indoor and outdoor 200 meter dash, and as a member of the indoor and outdoor 4x400 meter relay and outdoor 4x100 meter relay teams. Novrocki si an elementary and special education major that finished with a 3.81 cumulative GPA.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
