The Spring Academic All-MAC teams recognize the top student-athletes both in the classroom and in athletic competition during the 2025 spring semester. The MAC sports information directors nominate and vote on the Academic All-MAC teams, giving 50 percent weight on both academic success and athletic success. A student-athlete must have a spring semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award.
Foytack finishes off a stellar senior campaign with his first career Academic All-MAC recognition. He brought home the gold medal in the 1,500 meter run at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 3:56.36 while also leading the 4x800 meter relay team to a fifth-place finish. The senior set a new outdoor program record in the event in 3:48.63 at the Widener Final Qualifier, and that time earned him USTFCCCA All-Region accolades. A physician assistant major, Foytack recorded a 3.48 GPA in the Spring 2025 semester.
Zultevicz caps off a decorated career at King's with her first Academic All-MAC honors. This spring, she earned silver in the pole vault and heptathlon and bronze in the 100 meter hurdles at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships while also helping the 4x100 meter relay team to a seventh-place finish. She concluded that championship weekend as the third-highest individual female point scorer. The senior set outdoor program records in the heptathlon with 3,855 points at MAC Championships, 100 meter hurdles in 15.26 seconds at the Widener Final Qualifier, and pole vault at 3.60 meters at the Monarch Open that also secured USTFCCCA All-Region recognition. A biochemistry and molecular biology major with a minor in forensic science, Zultevicz finished the spring with a 3.97 GPA.
Varner continues to add to her list of accolades with her first Academic All-MAC nod. The junior became the program's first NCAA Division III National Qualifier since 2022 and the first female since 2019, competing in this year's discus throw at championships. She won gold in the discus and placed fourth in the shot put at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships before winning both the discus throw and the shot put with a season-best mark of 13.01 meters at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships. Additionally, she broke her own outdoor discus throw record at 46.09 meters at the Widener Final Qualifier.
