NEW YORK, NY (December 5, 2025)—The King's College men's indoor track and field team kicked off their 2025-2026 season on Friday morning at the Armory Distance Carnival, as the team sent three runners to compete at the Nike Track and Field Center in the mile and the 5000-meter races.
In the mile, graduate student
Owen Foytack finished as the top D-III runner in a field of competitors from all three divisions. The Moscow, PA native claimed fourth after crossing the finish line at 4:18.98.
Preston Klem also competed in the mile and opened the season on a positive note, securing a new personal-best time of 4:30.15 while placing eighth in the event.
In the 5000-meter run, Joey Rossi started his season off strong, taking 17
th out of 21 runners with a personal-best time of 16:18.80.
King's College track and field is back at the track on Saturday, December 6
th as the Monarchs travel to Reading, PA for the Alvernia Rust Buster, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
