KING'S WOMEN'S LAXERS FALLS 19-17 AT MISERICORDIA
DALLAS -- Sophomore midfielder
Reanna Lachner scored seven goals, but it wasn't enough as the King's College women's lacrosse team fell 19-17 to host Misericordia University Thursday at Anderson Field.
Lachner, who also added an assist, was joined by Candace Russ with four goals while
Grace King tallied three scores.
Michelle O'Brien netted a pair of goals while
Kira Shelley chipped in with one goal.
Misericordia was led by Jamie Wargo and Shannon Tinkham who scored five goals each.
The Lady Monarchs (0-3) return to action Sunday when King's makes its 2008 home debut against Fitchburg State University of Massachusetts at 1:00 p.m. at Betzler Fields.
