KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE FALLS TO FDU
WILKES-BARRE -- Amanda Wayne scored six goals while Laura Gambardello netted five to power visiting FDU-Florham to a 20-10 victory over King's College in a Middle Atlantic Conference women's lacrosse match Wednesday at Betzler Fields.
With the win, FDU improved to 11-2 overall and 5-0 in the MAC. King's, meanwhile, fell to 2010 and 1-4 in league games.
Melissa Gates led King's with four goals while
Reanna Lachner added three.
Grace King tallied two goals and one assist for the Lady Monarchs while Candace Russ scored once.
Michelle O'Brien chipped in with one assist.
The Lady Monarchs will next host Widener University Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Betzler Fields.
