King’s Women’s Lacrosse Falls to Misericordia

KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE FALLS TO MISERICORDIA 

WILKES-BARRE – Nicole DeAngelis scored 10 goals and added two assist to lead the Misericordia College women's lacrosse team to a 21-8 victory over host King's College Wednesday at McCarthy Stadium.
 
With the win Misericordia improved to 4-12 overall and 3-7 in the MAC while King's fell to 0-14 and 0-10 in league games. Contributing to the Misericordia scoring was Krista Shenk with four goals and added an assist. Jessy Schwenk contributed four points on one goal and three assists while Camilla Hansen added two points on two goals.
 
Taylor Tyne paced King's with four goals while Christina Glenn and Sierra Coleman added two goals apiece for King's. Chrissy Keenan made 19 saves in goal for the Lady Monarchs.

King's will host Messiah College Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at McCarthy Stadium.
