LADY MONARCHS LACROSSE HOSTING ARCADIA, VIEW LIVESTATS

WILKES-BARRE - - The King's College women's lacrosse team is hosting Arcadia University in conference action Thursday at McCarthy Stadium at the Robert L. Betzler Athletic Complex with the game slated to start at 7:00 p.m.

King's enters with a 0-12 overall record and a 0-7 MAC mark after dropping a 20-4 decision to FDU-Florham on Tuesday. Freshman Krystina Villarreal leads the team with 19 points on 17 goals and two assists. Freshman Chelsea Manes follows with 15 points on 15 points while also contributing 34 ground balls on defense. Freshman Andrea Alesso has nine points on seven goals and two assists. Junior Sarah O'Doherty contributes six points on five goals and one assist. Shannon Ellis, Meg Mundy and Stephanie Wilde all have 27 ground balls each.  Sophomore Jade Zuniga has 21 ground balls, while Junior Katie Mangan tallies 17 ground balls. In goal, junior Rebecca Abruzzese has 105 saves in 720 minutes.

Arcadia stands at 3-9 on the year and 2-7 in MAC play after dropping a 11-9 decision to Moravian College on Monday. Meghan Fallon tops the squad with 32 points on 21 goals and 11 assists. Stephanie Holguin follows with 30 points on 28 goals and twp assists. Kreena Patel adds 24 points on 22 goals and two assists while Jenni Grove contributes 16 points on 12 goals and four assists. In goal Evelyn Ciaburri has 123 saves in 681:02 minutes.
