KING'S WOMEN'S LACROSSE TRAVELING TO MANHATTANVILLE, VIEW LIVESTATS
PURCHASE, NY – The King's College women's lacrosse team will return to action today when the Lady Monarchs travel to Purchase, NY to face Middle Atlantic Conference opponent Manhattanville College. The contest will begin at 6:00 p.m.

King's enters the matchup looking to pick up its first win as the Lady Monarchs stand at 0-6 overall and 0-2 in MAC play. Manhattanville, meanwhile, is 2-8 overall and 2-3 in MAC contests.
The Lady Monarchs are led by freshman Chelsea Manes who has 11 points, all on 11 goals. Fellow rookie Krystina Villareal follows with nine points on eight goals and one assist. Freshman Andrea Alesso contributes six points on four goals and two assists while junior Sarah O'Doherty adds five points on four goals and one assist. In goal, Rebecca Abruzzese has made 58 saves on the year.
Manhattanville is paced by Lauren Rutledge with 24 points on 18 goals and six assists while Melissa Goncalves follows with 19 points on 17 goals and two assists. Kirsten Spelman has tallied 18 points on 14 goals and four assists. In goal, Kirstin Betsill has made 100 saves thus far.
