KING'S MEN'S TENNIS POSTS 8-1 WIN OVER LANCASTER BIBLE
WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College men's tennis team swept all three doubles contests, then won five-of-six singles bouts as the Monarchs posted an 8-1 decision over visiting Lancaster Bible College Wednesday at Kirby Park.
With the win, King's improved to 7-11 on the year.
Andrew Panzitta was a winner in both singles and doubles for the Monarchs. Tony Bevevino, Jake Rohring, P.T. Romano, and Brenden Thornton were winners in singles. Chris DiMino teamed with Matt Grassi while Lee Arner and Thornton posted doubles victories for King's. Paul Herr also teamed with Panzitta for King's third doubles triumph.
King's will next host Cabrini College Thursday at 4:00 p.m. at Kirby Park.
