King's College Women's Basketball Hosts Lycoming Thursday Night
Wilkes-Barre, Pa. – The King's College women's basketball team hosts Lycoming in a non-conference showdown Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. at Scandlon Gymnasium.

The Lady Monarchs stand at 5-4 overall after splitting a pair of games at the Juniata Holiday Tournament. Lycoming fell to 2-8 after dropping a pair of games at the Hoops for Hounds Tournament.
King's offense is led by senior guard
Celia Rader with 16.7 points per game. Rader has hit 34 shots from long range and ranks second in the NCAA in 3-pointers per game with 3.86.
Katlin Michaels has chipped in 13.1 points and 6.1 rebounds per contest. Michaels 7.0 helpers ranks third in the nation. The Lady Monarchs will be without the services of
Marissa Manning who is expected to miss the rest of the season with an injury. Manning was averaging 11.4 points and 3.9 boards per game.
Lindsay Atchison has netted 7.4 points and 5.3 rebounds per contest.
Ashley Davies is King's leading rebounder with 6.6 per game to go with 5.4 points.
Lycoming junior Julia Anonelli is just shy of averaging a double-double with 11.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game. Shannon Wheeler has added 8.6 points and 1.9 boards. Rachael Scheller has notched 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds per contest.
After tonight's contest the Lady Monarchs will travel to Neumann on Saturday for a 1:00 p.m. tip.
