KING'S BASKETBALL TEAMS HOSTING EASTERN UNIVERSITY IN KEY FREEDOM CONFERENCE DOUBLEHEADERDirections to Scandlon GymWILKES-BARRE — The King's College women's and men's basketball teams will return to the court Saturday with a key Freedom Conference doubleheader against visiting Eastern University in Scandlon Gymnasium. The women's game will tip off at 1:00 p.m. with the men's game to follow at 3:00 p.m. The doubleheader will feature a preliminary game with the King's Women's Basketball Alumni Game at 11:00 a.m.
Ticket prices are $5 for adults, $2 for seniors, $2 for non-King's students showing I.D. In addition, children under age-six shall be admitted free. King's College students attend free at all ticketed events with the presentation of their current student I.D.

Eastern, meanwhile, is 8-6 and 2-1 in league play after dropping a 79-66 verdict to defending conference champion FDU-Florham, also on Wednesday.
The Lady Monarchs have been paced by senior forward
Jennifer Fabian who averages 13.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per-game. Junior small forward
Kayla Feairheller follows with 11.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, and a team-high 26 three-pointers. Senior forward
Tara Zdancewicz adds 6.9 points and 4.1 rebounds while junior point-guard
Kasey Seitz has tallied 6.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.6 assists with 17 three-pointers.
Sophomore 6-foot-2 center
Olivia Hoffman contributes 5.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and a team-high 40 blocked shots. Freshman guard
Cayle Spencer has posted 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds with 12 treys, Freshman forward
Alexis Steeber chips in with 3.3 points and 2.8 rebounds. KIng's averages 60.8 points while allowing 56.7 each contest.
Eastern is led by junior center Emily Lavin with 16.4 points and 11.0 rebounds with 71 blocks. Sophomore guard Taylor Price follows with 15.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. Freshman forward Regie Robinson adds 14.4 points with 8.1 boards. Sophomore guard Taylor Azer contributes 6.7 points and 3.0 rebounds with 14 three-pointers while Amanda Rilff chips in with 6.4 points with 19 treys. The Eagle average 67.9 points per-game while allowing 64.1.
The King's men, meanwhile, enter the matchup with a 7-7 overall record and a 1-2 Freedom Conference mark after suffering a last-second 72-70 loss to DeSales on Wednesday. The Monarchs are paced by junior forward
Dan Rutecki who averages 11.8 points and 7.0 rebounds. Senior center
Tom Heston follows with 10.7 points and 8.6 rebounds while junior guard
John Fazzini adds 10.6 points and 2.8 rebounds with 16 three-pointers.
Sophomore forward
Chris Fazzini contributes 10.1 points and 3.1 rebounds while junior guard
Nate Oliver has tallied 9.1 points with a team-high 24 three-pointers. Freshman guard jake Barber has posted 8.4 points with 2.3 rebounds wile senior guard
Connor Hughes chips in with 6.1 points and 3.4 boards. The Monarchs average 73.8 points while yielding 69.9 each contest.
Eastern is also 7-7 after falling to FDU-Florham 85-79 in overtime Wednesday night. Junior forward Shaquan Turk tops the squad with 20.5 points and 6.6 rebounds with 12 three-pointers. Senior forward Malcolm Garrison follows with 13.6 points and 3.1 rebounds with a team-high 46 three-pointers. Freshman forward Abraham Kurnick adds 8.6 pouts and 3.6 rebounds while sophomore forward Austin James contributes 7.8 points and 4.1 boards with 25 treys. Freshman center Victor Pena has posted 6.2 points and 5.8 rebounds while junior center Lincoln Holley chips in with 5.9 points and 3.8 rebounds. The Eagles average 79.6 points while allowing 77.2 per-game.
