KING'S PLACES 79 ON MAC SPRING SPORTS ACADEMIC HONOR ROLL, TOTALS 237 IN 2016-17
ANNVILLE, PA --- The King's College athletic department placed 94 student-athletes on the 2017 Middle Atlantic Conference Spring Sports Academic Honor Roll, the conference office announced on Friday. Six student-athletes earned perfect 4.0 grade-point averages. Combined with the fall and winter teams, King's placed a total of 266 student-athletes on the MAC Academic Honor Roll during the 2016-17 academic year.
In order to be selected, student-athletes must have earned a minimum 3.20 grade-point average during the spring semester.
The women's outdoor track and field team led the way with 15 selections.

Tara Weitz. Christian and Johnson posted perfect 4.0 GPAs.
The baseball team had 13 selections that included

Zack Godfrey,
Ethan Hasenzahl,
Matt Hassick,
Ryan Hydock,
Nick Kubishin,
Chris Lupole,
Chris Neuhaus,
Christian Pack,
Sean Padden, and
John Wickiser.
The women's lacrosse team had 10 student-athletes make the list. Those honored included
Amanda Carroll,
Mia Dardanelli,
Katy Higinbothom,
Kendra McCoy,
Kathleen McIntosh,
Gabriella Morrocu,
Megan O'Brien,
Jennifer Smalley,
Brianna Zawacki, and
Victoria Zawacki.
The men's golf team had nine selections which included
Ryan Crossin,
Bill Dombroski,
Shamus Gartley,
Ryan Georgetti,
Charles Hagerty,
Connor Logoyda,
Corey Palma,
Tyler Papura, and
Mike Post. Gartley posted a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The men's lacrosse team had eight student-athletes honored. They included

Tom Bernicker,
Ryan Boornazian,
Joseph Cupoli,
Nick Foley,
Jared Gambino,
Brock Johnson, and
Sean Morrissey.
The men's outdoor track and field teams also had eight selections which included
Mikal Butler,
Ryan Davis,

Michael Havrilla,
Richard Kell,
Tyler Maxwell, and
Ben Siegel.
The softball team also had eight student-athletes named. Those honored included

Brittany McNair,
Amber Saylor,
Nicole Turner, and
Lexi Wolk. DeTore and McNair posted perfect 4.0 GPAs.
The women's tennis team had five selections which included
Martina Gale,
Cailyn Hillier,
Emily Kabalka,
Thea Seasock, and
Miranda Warunek.
The men's tennis team had three student-athletes honored. They included
Nathan Carl,
Tyler Millan, and
Tyler Tuck. Tuck recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA.
