WEST POINT, NY (December 2, 2023) -- On Saturday, the King's College men's indoor track and field team made their 2023-24 season debut at the Crowell Open hosted by Army West Point at the Gillis Field House.
 
On the Track
60 Meter Dash:
Jordan Rife finished 20^th overall out of 47 runners and fourth in his heat in a personal-best time of 7.30 seconds, while Josh Malone made his collegiate debut in the event with a time of 7.43 seconds to place fourth in his heat. James Holzschuh also made his first appearance on the track for King's as he ran a time of 8.05 seconds.
 
200 Meter Dash:
James Holzschuh also ran a strong race in the 200-meter dash, finishing third in his heat in 25.40 seconds.
 
400 Meter Dash:
Travis Lane won his heat and placed 10^th overall with a time of 53.84 seconds.
 
60 Meter Hurdles:
Travis Lane ran a time of 9.88 seconds to finish 11^th overall.

King's will be back in action next weekend, December 8^th and 9^th, as they are set to compete in the Susquehanna Early Season Invitational and Multi in Selinsgrove, Pa.
