WILLIAMSTOWN, MA (May 15, 2025) -- Brandy Varner won her second event of the meet as she took gold in the shot put to lead the King's College track and field team at the AARTFC Championships at Williams College. In addition, the women's team finished 12th of 39 scoring teams with 26 points. 

Triple Jump
Myles Sampson-Glass finished with a mark of 13.29 meters on his first attempt. Cortland's Amarian Hughes won the event with a mark of 15.02 meters.
 
Shot Put
Brandy Varner won the shot put with a personal best mark of 13.01 meters on her second attempt.
 
Hammer Throw
Katey Shoemaker placed third with a mark of 51.75 meters on her fourth try, while Caitlin Kirk finished 14th out of 25 competitors and posted a toss of 46.04 meters on her first throw. Kerri McCarthy from TCNJ was the top finisher with a mark of 52.16 meters.
