WILKES-BARRE, PA (January 30, 2026) -- On Friday afternoon, the King's College men's and women's tennis programs announced their 2026 spring slate. Under the direction of Head Coach Bill Eydler along with Associate Head Coach Logan Gregory, the Monarchs are scheduled to compete in 13 matches on the women's side and 12 on the men's side.

King's opens their spring season on March 1 with a non-conference trip to Susquehanna before returning to Kirby Park for their home opener against Alvernia on March 21.

The Monarchs begin Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom play on March 28 when they travel to Lebanon Valley. Following their meeting with the Dutchmen, King's heads home for a pair of matches against Rutgers-Camden and Misericordia on March 29 and April 8, respectively.

The teams then enter their busiest stretch of the season, starting with a road match at Lycoming on April 9. That trip is followed by three straight home contests: Penn College on April 10, MAC Freedom opponent Arcadia on April 11 and a doubleheader on April 12 against Elizabethtown and Scranton.

Two teams briefly split up for midweek bouts, as the women head to DeSales on April 14 before the men travel to Center Valley on April 15 for their MAC Freedom finale. Both squads reunite on April 24 for a visit to cross‑town rival Wilkes, marking the final regular‑season match for the men.

The women close out their regular season the following day, April 25, with a MAC Freedom test at FDU‑Florham.

Postseason play begins with the 2026 MAC Freedom Semifinals, set for April 28 for the women and April 29 for the men. Conference champions will be crowned on May 2.
