CHESTER, PA (March 28, 2026)—The King's College men's outdoor track and field team competed at the Danny Curran Invitational on Saturday at Widener University, turning in a series of personal bests and strong placements against programs from across all three divisions.
In the 100 meters,
Jacob Mullery led the group with a 26th‑place finish in 11.24.
Kival Clarke followed in 65th at 11.59,
Dary Pichardo placed 79th in 11.81, and
Nathan Patla rounded out the group in 118th with a time of 12.36.
Mullery also led the Monarchs in the 200 with a 60th‑place finish in 23.18.
Dary Pichardo followed in 117th, running 24.15 for a personal best, while
Nathan Patla placed 145th after clocking 25.08, also marking a personal best.
Preston Klem led the Monarchs in the 800 meters with a fourth‑place finish in a personal best 1:56.07, improving on his previous mark of 1:56.32.
Ben Wnuk followed in 63rd with a time of 2:03.53, while
Ryan Baxter placed 68th at 2:04.15.
Casimir Glaude added a personal best of his own, finishing 86th in 2:06.78 to lower his previous time of 2:07.29.
Jarett Hoch rounded out the group in 99th, posting a time of 2:08.61 to improve on his former best of 2:11.30.
Sebastian Williams placed 118th in the 1500m, finishing in 4:48.32.
Josh Malone posted two personal bests on the day, placing 18th in the 110‑meter hurdles in 16.52 and later finishing 28th in the 400‑meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.03, improving on his previous mark of 1:01.19.
In the field,
Tyler Bird placed ninth in the javelin with a throw of 49.42 meters.
In the long jump,
Jordan Jones placed 20th with a leap of 6.00 meters.
The Monarchs return to action on Saturday, April 9, traveling to Grantham, Pa., for the Messiah Multi and Invitational at the Starry Outdoor Track and Field.
