2023 (Outdoor Season): Competed in six out of a possible nine meets as a sophomore sprinter for the Monarchs...Finished eighth overall in the 100 meter dash while setting a new season-best time of 12.85 seconds in the preliminary heat (5/5/23) at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Set a new program record in the 200 meter dash in 26.22 seconds at the Monarch Open (4/29/23)...Named MAC Track Athlete of the Week twice, first on March 20 then again on May 1...King's finished 5th out of 16 scoring teams at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with 67 points.
2022-23 (Indoor Season): Competed in five out of a possible eight meets as a sophomore sprinter for the Monarchs...Set a new program record in the 200 meter dash in 27.28 seconds and a season-best time of 8.31 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the 2023 MAC Indoor Championships...King's finished 10th out of 15 scoring teams at the 2023 MAC Indoor Championships with 33 points.

PERSONAL: Daughter of William and Melissa Springer...Has one sibling, Naomi...A nursing major...Works as a tutor on campus...Chose King's College over Ursinus, Lebanon Valley, and Moravian because "I liked the idea of running competitively while also pursuing a major like nursing. It was close to home and allowed me to focus on my goals without being overwhelmed."
